I'm having this problem in Jaunty, on my Acer Aspire One.  I often use
the arrow keys or Page up/down to scroll through a web page, but
recently it acts as though it loses the keyboard focus.  Clicking on the
page doesn't seem to restore focus, nor does selecting text.

Version 3.0.9, standard Jaunty version.
