[Bug 368557] [NEW] JAVA applet without plugin

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

If java plugin is not installed, Firefox simply skip <applet> on page
and say nothing. It even allow user to freely enable or disable JAVA in
preferencies. Some note about missing JAVA plugin would be very nice.
