[Bug 369842] [NEW] firefox 3 flickers sometimes after ubuntu 9.04 upgrade

After installing ubuntu 9.04 upgrade,  Firefox will on occasion blink
off for brief second. When it blinks off the desktop will be visible.  I
think it more apparent in full screen mode.
