Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu.  This is not suitable for a papercut as it's something that upstream would have to fix.  I can confirm this behavior.  If you would like, you can report this upstream at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
Please post a link to the upstream bug here if you do report it upstream.  Otherwise, I'll probably do it something this weekend.
