Hello. Can you provide a little more information?

Does this happen on all websites, or just some? If just some, please
provide a link.

What kind of blinking is it. Is the link becoming invisible (completely
hidden), or is the text going to a different size and changing back?

Please also look at tools, addons and say what skin and extensions you
are using.
