[Bug 320229] [NEW] include a launchpad searchplugin lookup based on bug number

I often need to look up specific bug numbers in launchpad; however, the
existing bug search plugin uses the input values as search keywords. I'm
attaching a separate searchplugin I created that looks up based on the
bug number.

It's handy to use this to set up a search keyword, so that one can type
e.g. "lp NNNNNN" in the url bar and be taken directly to the bug page
without a search action having been taken first.
