[Bug 399998] [NEW] Message Filters not run automatically

Binary package hint: thunderbird

When mail arrives in Inbox,  message filter for that folder  is not run
automatically. Subsequent use of Tools->Run Filters on Folder  works OK
- filters are applied correctly.
