[Bug 401147] [NEW] Mozilla applications cause occasional visual glitches

I have occasionally noticed visual glitches in firefox and thunderbird
where the contents seems skewed as if it had been though a distortion
plugin. I was lucky enough to catch a screenshot of this glitch and was
wondering if this has already been reported on lp or upstream bugzilla.
Any confirmations of this would also be helpful.
