This is a flagrant breach of trust. You installed something on my
computer that I absolutely didn't want installed. Apart from the FOSS
philosophy, the one thing that makes me love Linux is that I don't have
to have ads rammed down my throat when using it. Or at least I didn't
use to.

I suggest you remove this piece of software at once. I also suggest that
whoever is responsible at Canonical is sacked, immediately, and that we
are given assurances that something like this will never happen in
future.
