I am using firefox 3.0.12 and i want to check my usage so we got to open http://bbservice.bsnl.in  i am able to login with my user name and pw but there after it doesn't go further...i reach to this page and stays there only...and in Linux only this problem occurs not in windows

Please check up for the problem, I am giving a/c details so that problem can be understood more clearly.........below are my a/c details:
