[Bug 403377] Re: multisearch - Google Custom Search is English Only

Given the loss of functionality (internationalization, ease of switching
between types of searches, unexpected search results) and how it affects
the appearance of search results (It looks kind of ugly, no? Not very
ayatana-friendly), I hope that the folks in charge at Ubuntu reverse
this change by removing this extension from the default install.

If this is something that is being put in place for the alpha and beta
releases, but will be removed for the final release, I could understand
it, as it will bring in a bit of income to support bandwidth costs
during the pre-release milestones. If it will be included in the final
release, then I think it's a poor decision based on the technical
reasons above.

If the decisions about this could be made clear to the community, I
think it would help to prevent a ruckus from being raised as more people
test out the pre-release versions. Thanks!
