Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Ubuntu 9.10

firefox:
  Installed: 3.0.12+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu2

I have a 'Microsoft Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse 6000,' it has two
buttons and a wheel. I use the wheel to navigate web pages in
FF(3.0.12). When I am browsing, say, ubuntuforums.org, I will mouse-over
a link to read the first few lines of a thread. If I then scroll up or
down with the wheel while the notification box is still up, it stays
open, even if another preview is shown.
