As reported here

the workaround is:
Close Firefox, copy (or it just needs a symlink probably) /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so to /opt/firefox/plugins/ and restart Firefox.

A symlink to that library created when installing the flash plugin is
the correct fix probably...
