[Bug 384880] [NEW] Flashplayer 10 does not work at all

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Ubuntu 9.04 not using flashplayer 10. I am not a PC guru and have
installed Flashplayer 10 at least 6 times to no avail. Had another post
on this site but the help stopped contact with me. Please do not tell me
this is not a bug, as I have done everything asked of me and still no
flash. About:plugins is normal with no swf conflicts. Cannot view
myspace.com flash or use Picknik in flickr.com. Give me instructions on
how to uninstall all flash and reinstall, which, by the way, nobody has
yet to explain how to do for a week now. I have visited all the help
sites but to no avail. It seems they put everyone in one barrel and
think it will solve everyones problems. This is the reason I left
Microsoft Windows in the first place. Now it seems these problems have
followed me to Ubuntu. Someone solve and make a patch or something for
this "Flash" problem soon. It stands to reason that an OS like Ubuntu
should be able to at least view Flash sites.
