[Bug 350458] [NEW] when we visit acm.pku.edu.cn's submit page , it shows that access denied, but I can visit other online judge and submit

When I visit the page acm.pku.edu.cn and want to submit a problem, the
page shows that access denied . But when

I visit other online judge and the submit page is correct, I want to
know why this phenomenon appear just on such

only web site.
