I'm currently using 3.0.14 and I'm seeing it here. (3.0.14+build2
+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.04.1)

Testing with a new profile is really hard, because the problem seems to
be intermittent and not easily reproducible. Closing the browser and
starting again fixes the issue, so switching to a new profile would fix
it too. And browsing all the time with a new profile is not that
convenient... (I do realise that the same problem makes it hard to solve
the issue too.)

Somewhere else on the net someone made a guess that using compiz might
be an issue -- I see the problem on two different Ubuntu installs, one
has compiz but the other does not.
