Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

the vertical scroling with the mouse is so bad that I cant even use the
firefox any more and I cant use the ubuntu either


I have to go to the windows partition and use windows.
It is a total disaster
the fire fox upgrade screwed everything up big time
I cant scroll any thing screen just keeps jumping line by line with no reason at all from any touch of the mouse 
i just keep checking the site to see if you have fixed it
