For some reason ,  some flash sites dont work at all for me meanwhile some run just fine.
This is how I fixed it. (Tried from a fresh Jaunty 64bit install)

apt-get install flashplugin-installer
apt-get remove flashplugin-installer 
(Do not run apt-get autoremove after that)

wget http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/libfla
shplayer-10.0.32.18.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz

tar xvf libflash*

mkdir .mozilla/plugins/
mv libflash* .mozilla/plugins/

Start firefox and sites that did not work before is now working.
