I was actually talking about making one if there is not one out there. 
My point was that Ubuntu and linux are structured to allow YOU (and any 
other "you") to fix any problems.  You just have to have the will and 
acquire the skill.  This is a serious advantage over "The Market Leader" 
which is what bug 1 is all about.
