[Bug 589728] [NEW] firefox should say to close and re-open the window/tab after installed flash plugin

Binary package hint: firefox

To install flash-plugin (adobe flash plugin) you can just go to a URL
containing this plugin and firefox should say that there are missing
plugin to install. After you install adobe flash plugin firefox always
prompt to you the missing codec info (and the plugin is not loaded). Nor
this message disappears after you refresh the page. To fix this you have
to close and re-open the windows or the tab (or you can press back and
just return to the plugin page).

Tested with 10.04 and firefox 3.6.3
