Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Using Firefox 3.7 from the Ubuntu Mozilla Team Daily PPA, the new Add-on
Manager that Mozilla recently added has two scrollbars. This occurs when
launched using 'about:addons' and from Tools > Add-ons. Also happens
with a clean profile.

I included a screenshot of my default profile since it has more add-ons,
making the issue easier to see.
