Hi,

I have the same issue, however, this happens to accounts other than
mine. I fresh installed Ubuntu 10.04.

After the installation, I created a second user account and tested Firefox, it works. On my main account, I added the following add-ons:
- GreaseMonkey
- Webmail Notifier
- Webmail Ad Blocker
- StartAid Online Bookmark
- Adblock Plus
- Download Status Bar

The I tested the second user again, and this time, Firefox crashes:
- After clicking on Edit --> Preferences or Tools --> Add-ons
- When trying to go to a website e.g. typing "yahoo.com' and press enter will cause it to crash

I have tried the following:
- Delete .mozilla --> did not work
- Disable all add-ons --> did not work
- Create a new profile --> did not work
- Reinstall Ubuntu --> did not work


Any help is much appreciated.
