Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

This problem started after I upgraded to Ubuntu 10.04 LTS from 9.10.
Originally everything was fine, but then Firefox started to open without
sizing correctly. For instance, on the right side of the screen where
the up/down scroller is, it is almost outside of the screen resolution
to where I almost can't scroll. Also, the browser on the top completely
covers up the upper taskbar. The minimize/maximize/X that's normally in
the upper right corner is completely gone.
