[Bug 577543] [NEW] Autoscroll sticks on in Firefox, and keeps scrolling

When pressing the middle button on the mouse to autoscroll, autoscroll
will stick on, and keep scrolling in the original direction, no matter
where you move the mouse, or if you press any buttons. It usually lasts
for 15 seconds or so before unsticking.
