It should be noted that flowRoot, etc are not in the SVG 1.2 spec
anymore either - these were elements in a draft state of the document
and the document was later refactored.

As a result - _NO_ software will be implementing support for flowRoot,
etc in the future.  Inkscape should fix this to use either <textArea>
(flowed text) or break into individual <text> and <tspan>s
