Hi

Their format worked fine in 9.10 and earlier releases. It is only a
problem in 10.04.

Please be careful in contacting the people that run the website; they
are doing great work but may not be technically brilliant. The danger is
in pushing them into MicroSquish formats (which everyone can read, can't
they?) rather than OpenSource which may require a little work on a
Windows platform. I appreciate that MicroSquish answers involve paying a
fee and the format becomes "out of date" fairly soon (when MicroSquish
upgrade to new formats to force people into buying their latest
products) but this sort of thing is not the perception of non-techies. I
gave them the links to this thread and the thread in Answers

It worked fine before upgrading to 10.04 therefore the problem is with
10.04, not their site.
