I thought I had already tried unsuccessfully to install add-ons with
IPv6 toggled to TRUE, then tried it again after toggling to FALSE
(confirmed with no success), but maybe I am mistaken in the first case.
Anyway, toggling IPv6 to TRUE fixed the problem for me. I just installed
Xmarks, and the entire surfing experience is much smoother.
