Get yourself an ingdirect Savings Maximiser and Orange Everyday account instead ;P
(seriously, better interest rates, free at all ATMs if you take out over $200, and you can even earn $60 when you first open it)

Bankwest is not such an issue for me now since I can get to it in Google
chrome and I don't use the account much anymore.

It seems to be profile related though as I mentioned previously.  The
first time you use a Firefox profile, you can login but then that
profile gets broken somehow and is not usable thereafter.
