[Bug 581978] Re: all application windows missing close, minimize, and maximize buttons plus outer border

I reinstalled compiz and then went to visual effects and click on
normal.  The windows reset with menu title buttons and border however I
could not click on anything again so the system went back to "None" for
visual effect and everything works fine. Must be a compiz bug.
