Hello and thank you for reporting this bug to ubuntu. I am confused
however by the bug description. Are you having an issue with the
Ubuntuzilla Firefox or the Ubuntu packaged one? If there was an apport
crash report for it, could you link us to the report? I am setting the
bug to Incomplete as we assemble more information on this bug.

Also just fyi Ubuntu developers cannot support non ubuntu packages but
we can refer the bug upstream to Ubuntuzilla and see if they can help.
