Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. The Ubuntuzilla PPA is not
officially supported and does not use Launchpad to track bugs, so I am
closing this report. Please file a report on the Ubuntuzilla bug tracker
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=202789&atid=982990).
Alternatively, the Ubuntu Mozilla Team, which is responsible for
maintaining the official releases of Mozilla products in Ubuntu, has a
Firefox Stable PPA which allows the use of Launchpad to track bugs
(https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive/firefox-stable/) if that's
what you're interested in.
