[Bug 582318] Re: Firefox closes abruptly when trying to manage add-ons

I have created a new profile as you have suggested, and started firefox in
that profile. But even now, the old problem still persists, i.e. the firefox
is closing when I try to access/ manage my add-ons. In addition to this
problem, all the profiles are getting deleted automatically when the firefox
closes and I have to create a new profile every time I start firefox.

When I ran the error console, I found this error being repeated a number of
times:

*I found the same error even when I just started the firefox without
browsing any pages.

I am a novice at Linux.
