Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. It sounds like the bug you are
experiencing could be due to bug 539772. Could you please let us know
what brand of graphics card you are using? You can find out by running
the following command in a terminal:

lspci | grep VGA

** Changed in: firefox (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
