[Bug 583294] [NEW] Bookmark Separators move when firefox is opened

Hi, when opening firefox, the bookmark separators (in the bookmark
toolbar) start to "animate" and move all the way to the right!

I don't know what further information you could need for this, so I have
provided a desktop recording where this is clearly shown.

Let me know if any further information is required!
