[Bug 583456] [NEW] Firefox print (to file) dialog

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

The print dialog should remember the file format (i.e. pdf over ps) and
the folder (selectable, but not each and every time), when saving to a
file. Furthermore, the GUI selection of the radio button is downright
ugly, compared to OSX: see screenshot, the huge grey rectangle over the
radio button under the mouse cursor.
