1. Copy the following command:

apt-cache policy flashplugin-installer swfdec-mozilla mozilla-plugin-
gnash adobe-flashplugin

2. Open a Terminal
3. Paste the command into the Terminal (using your mouse or Ctrl+Shift+V), then run it
4. Copy all of the output and paste it into a comment

The command needs to be all one line, so copy the entire thing and paste
it into the Terminal.
