[Bug 585378] [NEW] Can't setup the print setup certain options of firefox. The Option for Page Setup doesn't have the option for setting headers and footers for all pages. The options are only available through print page and only for that page.

Binary package hint: firefox

When the print page option is chosen there is an option to set header
and foorter. But these options are not available on the Page Setup,
therefore the changed cannot be made global to all pages printed.
