[Bug 660121] [NEW] since installing ubuntu, my floppy drive and printer aren't recognized

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

after insatlling ubuntu linux 9.04 in this hp brio, nothig works now. my
hp 5550 printer and my floppy drive arent recognized at all. I need
these 2 items more than i need to use linux in this pc. is there a fix
for this problem? otherwise i will have to reinstall windows xp pro.
