This has nothing to do with Nautilus, which is not involved at all with
displaying the file picker (which is provided by GTK).

The flash plugin is responsible for presenting the file-picker in these
cases where it doesn't work, but it doesn't provide a preview widget
like Firefox does. That's a flash problem though, and should be
forwarded to Adobe
