[Bug 658259] Re: arabic assalam not rendered correctly

I think this affects only input system. I have created assalam.txt on windows and copy/pasted to Ubuntu.
Then I viewed it in Places and it is rendered good.

So i think only the Ara keybord is generating bad chars.
