[Bug 769558] [NEW] switch off button does not work "straight"

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

to make working the switch off button (to close my computer, to change
user and so on), l have to click first on the user's name (which is
near) and after the button itself. If I forget and click straight on
that button, nothing happens.
