This patch fixes the issue for me, on the calendar side at least.

I have two IMAP mailboxes and several calendars.  Before there were many
prompts at startup; now there are only two. (There is only one prompt if
I get rid of one of the IMAP mailboxes.)

@Ronny:  What happens if you apply this patch to the current Lightning
code base, using a nightly snapshot or Mercurical?
