[Bug 827354] [NEW] Items in "Draft" are notified

Public bug reported:

I was just writing an email, when the subject of that email showed up as
I was having a new message (when in fact I was writing that very message
to someone else).

Part of the problem might be related to that this message is saved as
"Unread" in the Drafts folder.
