I have firefox version 2.0.0.6 have an old version of xubuntu - possibly
7.10, because my laptop is so old am unable to upgrade to 8.04; on the
'help' drop-down menu the 'check for updates' link does not work  so am
unable to upgrade browser to a more functional new version...hopefully
2.6 minimally !
