Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make
Ubuntu better.
Since the bug is either related to download-helper, a software package
which is not provided by the official Ubuntu repositories, or due to the
fact that the mp4 file you downloaded contains no subtitles, which is
also not specific to Ubuntu or software provided by Ubuntu, the Ubuntu
project can not support or fix your particular bug. Hence, I will need
to mark this bug as Invalid.
However, if you feel like my assessment is incorrect and you have
information that supports this bug requiring support from the Ubuntu
project, please feel free to reopen it and provide any information you
may have to this end.
I'd advise you to please report this bug to the provider of the software package or the authors of the troublesome video file.
If you are interested in learning more about software repositories and Ubuntu the following pages should be informative:
1. http://www.ubuntu.com/community/ubuntustory/components - information about Ubuntu repositories
2. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories - information regarding managing repositories.
Thanks for your understanding!
