Can you please get us the output of

   apt-cache policy language-pack-nl-base firefox-locale-nl

? It's very strange that you got the updated language pack (well, we
didn't ascertain this one yet) and firefox (which obviously was updated
from natty-proposed), but not the corresponding firefox-locale-nl (which
is also in natty-proposed).
