[Bug 871144] [NEW] drop ask.com search plugin from xul-ext-ubufox

Public bug reported:

ubufox has currently ask.com search plugin for all locales. But ask.com
has only English interface, for people other than using English locale
it's not so useful.

Can we drop ask.com from xul-ext-ubufox, or move it to specific firefox-
locale-* if needed?
