Deleting downloads.sqlite doesn't fix it for me.  It does make it so I
can open the downloads window without crashing, but I still can't
download anything.

Commenting out the file: file line in the gnomevfs default module file
does the trick.

(Debian: iceweasel 5.0, gnome-vfs-2.0 1:2.24.4-1)
