[Bug 996981] [NEW] Hyphenation regression

Public bug reported:

Web page hyphenation support has regressed in Firefox. I last time
tested the hyphenation support in 2012-04-19 and it did work at that
time (unfortunately, I didn't keep notes about the Firefox package at
that time but I'd guess it was 11.0.xx). Current version does not
support hyphenation for any language. I tested the hyphenation suppport
especially for Finnish, Swedish and English in 2012-04-19 and it did
work.

I haven't been able to figure if the regression is caused by Firefox
package changes or by some other dependant package.
