I don't think it is fair to expect everyone to know that they have to
read the whiteboard before commenting here, especially when it is not
flashing red in big font letters. :) It is just another field out of
tens of them. So first work could be done in making that more noticeable
if you really want that.

Secondly, now when I've read the whiteboard and comment 403, I'm even
more surprised that you could point me to that comment which says it is
one of the highest priority bugs and it has a definite solution, *just
that it could not be shipped with Firefox 4.0 as it was out of door*.
It's been more than one year after that. I hope you realize that it's
time to change the whiteboard !! :)
